With comprehensive processing equipment including eight Walter units from Germany , three units of CNC five axis tool & cutter grinding machines , and various centerless grinders. Our products are used to cut hard materials such as high speed milling carbon steel, dies alloy tool steel, tool steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, and alloys for aerospace. Our comprehensive product lines have facilitated the company’s industrial upgrade.
In order to enhance quality and service, HKF satisfies every customer’s demanding needs with its state-of-the-art technology as well as a complete range of the latest processing equipment. Various processes are carried out under in one-step operation stringent monitor from incoming material, circular milling cutting, surface grinding processing, CNC process cutting, surface coating, laser engraving, packaging to delivery. The break resistance, density, and hardness of our ultra fine and fine tungsten steel circular millers imported from Germany have reached the standard requirements. Through stringent manufacturing processes and strengthened manufacturing techniques, our customers will receive only the best services.
For the Quality Assurance, we have set up a comprehensive quality management system that performs stringent tests from incoming material, process testing, to final check. We have also purchased WALTER Computerized Tool Measuring Apparatus from Germany to enhance the cutting and grinding accuracy, minimize allowable errors, and ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing processes.
